Mengele needs high div mentor

I am Mengele – medic of the Team 42 (div5 s17). I usually play quite passive way, sometimes deal some quick-kills (like a solly on the spire, or saw ppl on the last, etc).
Few days ago I realised, that I improve my game skills a lot, but almost no gamesense movements at all. That’s why I asked F2 (yeah, I am that impudent guy; I try to follow his game style, so I thought it might be a good idea) to mentor me. He is not really interested in this, though.
In order to show my skills, I have 3 logs from corresponding mix matches on tf2center today (last 3 mixes I played):

You shouldn’t look at games were your team wins 5-0. You should always pay attention to close games, that’s where you will learn the most. Watch your own demo of a close game and note down why you die and then analyse it. Was it your fault that you died (out of position or so) or was it a misstake by your pocket or was it simply inevitable?
Well first of all the logs don`t show jack shit.
And why give logs from random mixes and not pcws if you are in a team now ?
No idea why i even looked at it, but from the logs i`d say you don`t heal your scouts enough. Or maybe they just didn`t care to to grab buffs or build uber…
See this is why logs dont really give any info without having seen the game or demo.
In the first log your roamer [if there was one] has gotten quite a lot of heals… but then again in gullywash, there arnt that many possibilities for a roamer to get behind or to live on HP packs.
What is it that you are really looking for ?
Someone who goes through demos ? Gives Tips ? Or maybe someone who specs your pcws ?

Please, don’t take my nickname that serious. Even german ppl take it normally. Before using this nickname, I read about Josef and there is a lot information hidden about him. E.g. he actually did a lot for the science of medicine.
Time was hard and he was forced to join SS party. It’s all past, let’s remember only good things about ppl.
