Medics: How do you count uber %?

When your soldier is above 285 health, your uber builds at half speed.
If youre healing someone and you suspect their healing rate has increased (they have not taken damage), click to heal them again and you will update your healing speed (if they have improved healing rate).
Picks and health advantage usually means more than uber advantage tho.

set it to 40 seconds
everytime the medic drops/dies start the timer
