Hey all,

I was wondering if there was something like a guide for playing Highlander. Tactics for maps, viable combos or so. Or maybe class guides? I am particularly interested in Spy tips, but anything would be great.
My search skills have failed me thus far, that’s why I am asking here.

TF2gentleman, was our spy for the Highlander competition and has plenty of footage and commentaries of his games on his youtube channel.

HL isn’t as accomplished with guides like 6v6, but Spy is a unique class where you can swing a game on its head. I could recommend a few really good Spy players from my time casting games, I am thinking of SabaSaba from Colony, Hurri from SNSD, Elchi from Badmen Enterprises really stood out. Anyone from May Contain Nuts is also worth talking to, they live and breathe HL.

Yeah I also remember the guy Cube mentioned, Faint I think for Twistedplay, even resident HL admin Ashkan was a half-decent spy…though too many hours in 2fort may have ruined whatever talent he had!
