Steam closses suddenly :U

When I’m playing tf2, sometimes the game will freeze, and looking at the taskbar, steam dissapears, like it was task killed, god its so annoying in the middle of a match or something, the game freezing because of friggin steam closing, and no error message or anything, heeeeeelp me D:
used to have this a couple of times a week like a month ago or two
stopped happening as quietly as it started
