So when im launching a demo i got “Bad inline model number 138”. It happens with or without lawena, i checked many commands to solve it but nothing works. It’s happening in 90% of demos. Any one knows how to fix it or im the one doing something wrong? :<

if it happens to a lot of people it is probably something that valve is going to fix sometime in the future.
I suggest you don’t delete the demos until then.

Only happens with older demos. I’d hazard a guess and say any demos before the last tf2 update, but I’m not sure.

Have you tried restarting your router?

Have you tried turning the game off and on again?

I can’t watch any demos. same problem with both older and newer demos :(
