Right, so I am desperate enough to actually go on ETF2L for advice, even though most of you are technologically impaired social rejects who spout bullshit without having any background understanding of anything at all.

Asking people who actually have a clue and could help with my problem.

Right, so it only happens with TF2, at first it was the usual W7 problem, but the fix didn’t help: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1043281

Every server, location almost doesn’t matter I get 80-110 ping (compared to csgo MM servers or any decent servers in general, I get 20-50 ping, or dota at 50-60 ping). Sometimes the ping stays at 100 ping and just starts climbing up to slowly till it reaches around 160 and then it stays at that.

Important to note: this is happening after a fresh install of W7, and I have little to no clue why is my game made into an unplayble fucking mess. Also, only happens on TF2.

I had the same issue as that guy and i did that, now the ping is good but my screen turned black and i can’t do anything, here’s a Screenshot
