Just started today.
Tried deleting hud, didn’t help, so it’s not it.

I had it too. It happened to me when I take to long on the class selection screen upon joining a server.

Noticed that it happens to me whenever I’m in spec for too long.
This is probably Valve’s fault, we just have to wait for the fix.

Happened to me too, first just after smissmass and i fix it by deleting my hud, now it just happened again

It happens to me when I’m trying to load badlands when I’m joining a server in particular…not when switching maps to badlands, just when I try and load it initially..
