Yeah i had the same problem when i first installed 7 but mainly in game. But this link/stuff did the trick for me.

Gl with the fix.

Have a similar issue, at least i think i do; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s34E0jZnN0s sums it up pretty well.
Is this what has been aforementioned?

If so, has anyone found a fix? For me at least nothing has helped thus far, whether reinstalling tf2, checking cache, reinstalling drivers, disabling networkthrottling or disabling other running programs.

The thing for me, at least is, said problem occured after i formatted my pc and put a 64bit version of w7 on it. I sometimes also get a jittery mouse that moves at an awkward slow speed.

Thanks for any help and stuff,
Cheers

Its not wireless if i got you right (i’ve internet cabel). Im running Malwarebytes and some microsoft anti-virus (I had nod 32 on xp and avg on w7 when i first installed it). Trying to think of any other programs that im using, but i dont really have anything running that would be a problem (All i have is dropbox, skype, IRC, Steam).

And yes i downloaded the windows from torrents:

The torrent was called – Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (x64 x86) (Updated 12.05.2011) 8xDVD (English) MSDN

There were few versions of w7 and i installed this one:
Windows 7 Professional with Service Pack 1 (x86) – DVD (English)

Bump. Thought it was fixed because i didnt have any lags anymore for a few days but seems not.

Can it be dropbox causing the problem? Also maybe my pc is too bad for w7?

If you are running Windows 7, or Vista this might help.

Go to start and locate the program “Command prompt”. Or type “CMD” and execute that. A black window will open. Now type the following line:

netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled

This feature in windows 7/Vista might not be supported by older devices and thus create network problems such as the ones you described :) Also check if you dont have any auto-update services running, like windows update, logitech update, scanning-software etc.

It didnt. Tried it already :P
