mumble uses hardly any bandwidth at all. if it was mumble that would cause this then you’d not be able to play without mumble either

2) some of our team also got Run Time errors which crashed along the lines of ‘this application (tf2) tried to run an unusual process so runtime had to close it etc.’ with microsoft c+++ in the title etc. so askin if other people got the run time error issue too
I got this. Had to restart while both teams waited in-game, embarrassing :(

Also, on net_graph 1 the ‘in’ thingie under FPS spikes to 1000 from 100 when I lag while the ping stays normal

found a solution for me,
start mumble, start tf2, close mumble (keep tf2 open), start mumble
