My pings is ~~20 , when i go in steam games my ping is ~~1500, but when i exit game , ping again is normal.I always can’t login in steam because pings is too high. What can i do , because this is only on steam games.?

If this is TF2/CS:S/DoD:S etc. then open your server browser and click the ‘global’ tab. Click ‘stop refresh’ on the bottom left.

Mine started doing this a while ago so it could be that, might not be but worth a try if it’s only happening in-game.
