Hmm does it seem like everythings going slower than usual? Try use cl_showfps 1 instead of netgraph. Mine was showing half second jumps between 53 and 120 (which it is capped at) With no variance between. But it fixed itself when i restarted my comp.

Yeah i’ve had this and got this now currently, the only fix that ever seemed to work for me was a complete windows reinstall. This usually only happens to me when my pc is on its last legs.
