They will help you fix your problem. My girlfriend had a real nasty virus (sounds similar to what you had) and the computer was clean as can be after they were finished helping her.

Expect a bit of waiting around though, hope you’re not planning to do this in one night.

I remember when a fucking virus destroyed my 750 GB hard drive…all I can say is that dont download useless shit and buy a new hard drive.I kno its a solution wich requires money but thats the only thing I can think of.Better safe then sorry

Get a Linux live CD with anti virus or malware removing stuff on there, http://www.rarst.net/software/drweb-livecd/ is supposed to be pretty good
It should work…. Hopefully :P

Get that to work and I promise it will remove the virus, had the same problem before, trend micro housecall is by far the best tool to remove both malwave and virus.

NOTE:
This is NOT an antivirus program, its simply just scan your computer and then remove the viruses, you dont need to install this to work, just download it and it should work.
