You can see some serious aim if you watch some HL2:DM demos (Seagull from TF2 20ID for example). It way excells any other source game.

Any game with aircontrol!
The Specialists mod for HL1 is/was pretty intense in the sense that it had locational damage (headshots etc) and interesting melee on top of a slick movement system.
