This be one of my many stops on my stag-week tour! :D Follow our progress at http://www.7guys1lovebus.co.uk (under construction till we leave).

Basically i need help ot make it an awesome trip from locals or peeps whom have visited before! I thaught what better place than to get info from an international forum with people around my own age.

Good places to go(manly drinking/fun things :>)?
Places To Avoid?
Helpfull Hints And Tips?
Any Etiquette?(if your going out on the townyou have to have smart dress no trainers etc?)

if you really want something interesting in brussels, its manneken pis, thats it.

we’re only stopping in brussles this coming saturday night :-) en route to the dam, wont be a very heavy night but maybe a lively bar/area maybe somthing to do in the afternoon also?
I gather you belgies arnt football fans usually :<

well i wouldn’t recommend Brussels either but since you are going.

Near the casino you have some good nightclubs and bars.

see that you don’t end up in the wrong neighbourhood in brussels. It’s quit scary in some parts.

Try to avoid neighborhoods with alot of foreigners. Alot of mugging going on there.

In brussels ony place I can recommend is ‘la mort subite’ (http://www.alamortsubite.com/ENG/histoire.html) a beer pub that has 200+ different kinds of beer. Good service aswell. Don’t go if you wanna do the ‘brits on holiday’ thing tho being loud and obnoxious, its a decent place.

Also learn french.. brusselers are renowned for their ‘I only speak french’ attitude.
