Try the Kingdom Hearts series, got me really quick and the story is pretty good.You will have to use an emulator if you don’t have a ps2 tho.

I loved Legend, Anniversary and Underworld. Great combination of puzzle solving, action paced shooting, mythology and archeology. Then again I’m a history nerd 8-)
The last one was fine too but it’s just so different from “real Tomb Raider”

I love the Devil May Cry games, especially the soundtracks are pretty awesome and suit the gameplay of the game
Monster Hunter series!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Play Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate and 4. Once you’re done with story mode, online has so much more to offer. Godlike games.

Sonic Generations / Adventure
Zelda and Zelda clones like Darksiders might be a good shout too even though they’re more RPGs than platformers.
