I’ve been holding fire on having any real opinion on SC2 until we’ve had ~6 months to see what HotS does for the game. SC1 wasn’t all the interesting until the metagame started to develop after BW was released, Vanilla SC1 was a bit of a travesty. There’s definitely a few things that could be done better, but Blizzard do seem to have really taken note and upped their game over the last 6 months or so.

Going to pick up HotS on the way home from uni tomorrow. Don’t really expect to play multiplayer all the much, but hey I want to play the campaign and WoL was definitely worth every penny spent for me personally.

Finals of MLG on now, Flash (T) vs Life (Z) for anyone interested.

Holy shit HOTS made the game amazing to watch. WOL was fantastic, HOTS can only get better. Campaign was really really good too.
