Laning in HoN is quite a bit different mainly because you can deny so lanes don’t stay stationary. Instead they get pushed in either direction giving a certain advantage. You can pull the waves back to your tower for safety or so you can get behind and gank ect. The gameplay is similar though but HoN revolves heavily around ganking more then LoL which I beleive is pretty much farm->teamfight->farm ect.
