Tried reinstalling twice, so don’t get what data would be missing :( Wasn’t like this a couple of weeks ago

Can somebody help me. I became after the TF2 Loading screen this Error “The Prozesentriepoint “GetCVarIF” can not be found in the DLL “vstdlib.dll”.

In german “Der Prozedureinsprungpunk “GetCVarIF” wurde in der DLL “vstdlib.dll” nicht gefunden ”

And at the end this error “Platform Error: bad module serverbrowser.dll , not loading ”

I make every step. And i reinstallt it but the same errors.

Hey Guys!
I really need help, because i’m in the middle of a machinima project. My problem is, that one time i launched, it made my scout and heavy models eyeless. I mean i can see right through their skull. And it’s ONLY my heavy and scout. I tried to reinstall, but the problem is still there.
Could it be a little tweaker software, which cleans the registry and do some other stuff?
Please, I need urgen help!

Seems there is no way to download this no-steam beta of tf2? All links from google-search lead to one torrent-tracker that hasn’t any seeds.
