2nd is too bright and i dont like the layout of flower (flank route from mid to 2nd), it’s not a very interesting place to fight
other than that the map is pretty good

I find that it’s much easier to defend flower (aka, I am trying to fend off a scout trying to get a flank from mid to 2nd or aka I am trying to flank from flower to mid) mostly because of the small valley which gives you a height disadvantage. Also mid needs at least a HP, otherwise it’ll be pure DM or lucky spam until a team decides to leave. I like 2nd, to last transition and 2nd to mid transition, it feels very fluid to play on this map. I would say just make the valley not as deep (flower) and add 1 pack for each side on mid and maybe fix the heavy gay spot on last?

I honestly thought this was just something dodgy with my settings. I can barely see my HP without a HP cross on second, it definitely needs to be darkened a bit, the same on some parts of mid. I know the maps name is sunshine, but you kind of went overboard with it.

If anyone could make mirrors for the map download that’d be great. I can’t really use Dropbox anymore for fear of them banning my free account again for too many downloads.

If something is wrong with the map, contact me on Steam so I can fix it quickly.

FYI: If you get the mysterious missing textures glitch, move the map file from tf/download/maps to tf/maps (or vice versa.) As far as I know this isn’t a map issue, rather it’s a really weird bug with TF2 and the source engine, and as far as I know swapping the file through the folders and reloading TF2 should fix it. Hopefully.

Actual map is up now. As far as I know the fakkelbrigade downloads are NOT the actual version, DON’T download them until I can verify the new, actual version has been uploaded.
