Unsure about rules of subs

There is a possibility that our demo won’t be online for our official match today, and we currently don’t have any subs that play demo in the roster. I’ve added someone who I will ask to join the roster, but I was wondering if it’s allowed if we bring in a demo from off the roster to play?

You can play with any line-up unrestricted as long as every player is from the roster. If you are unable to do this, you can ask the opponents to allow a “merc” (which is a player from outside the roster subbing for your team). When adding new players to the roster, it takes 24 hours before they are confirmed. Until then, the player counts as a merc and you need permission to use him.
