It can’t be cheap if you can’t get the crits, against a half decent team you won’t get them, and even then, that pyro would die pretty soon(or do nothing useful)

Step 2 Have sniper kill the airblasting pyro

Step 3 Uber phlog pyro

Step 4 The whole enemy team is now dead and at most you lost your teleporter entrance that the enemy spy sapped before getting his skull bashed in with a wrench.
