Clarification of 'inappropriate names'

Due to no real clarification on the site, I was unsure what counts as being an unfit name, by either racism or general offence. Say, for example, would ‘Adolf Critler’ be allowed, or would it be more PC to change to ‘LADolf Critler’?

Brilliant. It’s such a risqué name, I’ve had a lot of compliments and a lot of hate, to the point where people will kick me from lobbies and pickups haha.

My next door neighbour is called Bob. I reported him to the police a couple months ago because I find it inappropriate to have that name when he isn’t even a builder.
