Regarding Hildreth's leadership

It has come to my attention that a certain Team England Highlander team leader has been making poor, rage-driven decisions.
These are simply a modicum of Hildreth’s destruction. He is a wild beast that must be tamed.
Recently, many questions have been thrown into the air.
Is he a man fit for leading?
Why was he chosen as the leader?
Should there be a democratic election?
Is time-travel possible?
Hildreth will be detrimental to Team England 9v9, and many innocent lives will be ever so slightly changed forever if he is allowed to continue as a tyrant.
Nay, I say. Down with tyranny, fight the power!
We will destroy!
We will expunge!
We will eradicate!
And we will rebuild!
A new nation. Stronger. Resilient. One.
What say you, ETF2L? Let Hildreth rule TF2 under his iron fist? Or take it for ourselves, so that we as a community may grow better than ever?!
