I guess that’s probably the only way, yeah. Bus or train and boat.
Dublin to Telford by boat and train is 6 hours and £38 each way with SailRail / Arriva Wales.

Where are you coming from though? That sounds promising. I’m probably going to rent a computer and screen there.
I live in Cork, so I’d have to travel to Dublin. Alternatively I could get a ferry from Cork to Swansea and try to bum a lift off some Welshmen.
