Holland does have some FTTH though not sure that’s capable of GBit.

Afaik there is no public gbit network. And Surfnet is the network all universities are connected to. At my old place I also was hooked up on surfnet (100/100 for me then). Now I’m at 40/40 from a “normal” provider.

Talking about connection: my jitter is 3 my ping on pingtest is 54.
But when i’m playing tf2 every minute(sometimes more) my choke shoots to 20-30 and my ping goes to 150. Than my game freezes to come back 1 sec later.
It is really annoying, ive already set
