The question op poses is a bit absurd in a way that boundaries don’t really matter in online gaming. Ofc the nationality matters both in language and in chauvinism. But if I where to ask you to make a list of best US players set to the state they live in you’d have a hard time. Europes best team is clearly dignitas, but teamwise things need to fit. I’d find it hard to make a pan-european team in which personal egos would not clutter up the gameplay. (for instance dunc and darn on a same team would be a nono as both are main callers and wouldn’t really get along).
My shot at the puzzle:
Darn(Finland)[captain] & Appe (Sweden) sollies [Haunter (Portugal) or Exfane (Holland) backup if appe oversleeps]
Skinnie (Belgium) & Zerox (Germany) scouts [Predz (Ireland or Viqun (Holland) backup]
Numlocked (England) demo [Extremer (Lithuania) if num’s vision is blocked by emo hair]
Torden (Norway) medic [Cook (Wales) if tordens net-graph resembles the norwegian shoreline]
Furthermore id have
