viewmodel_fov_demo is still limited to between 54-70

can someone mention this to robin and ask him if its possible for a fix

He won’t, there’s a reason why they implemented a new cvar to block higher/lower viewmodels with this update. I guess they were annoyed by people putting fragvids on YouTube with ridiculous viewmodels (like 90) and other people who don’t know TF2 seeing those vids thinking “uh, that looks ugly”.

Try just putting tf_dingaling_wav_override “” in console/autoexec.

Assuming you have the quake sound or whatever in your sound/ui folder, I had the same problem of no hit sound despite having the box ticked, and this worked for me :S (including changing pitch)

as bash already said demo vs demo is a joke on bad/gran

please dont take a week to fix it and just release a quick patch for it today if it has to be done

God knows we can’t wait a single week longer for an update. Don’t Valve know how important this is?!

im not sure how many of you have played Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, but I think the hitsounds are damn awesome. I would like to hear the hitsound when doing hits and when headshotting I would love to hear the high cling voice. Any1 has these and could share?

And if they do decide to change the stats of the weapons heres what i’m suggesting to them.
7 sec to charge 100%, 4x crit multiplier instead of 3x. Heres a graph to illustrate it. Blue = default sniper rifle, red = my sniper rifle, light colors are bodyshots.
