true it’s not a hat. valve throws it in on a high dropping rate because the Spy doesn’t have a secondary unlock iirc.

Another proof that Valve hates the competitive scene!!!I wouldnt care less but dammit valve fucking pyro puber with backburner has 18 hats and I have a shitty gibus?I dont care just give us a chance to have even a bald class hat!!! (crafting my ass,its gonna take forever)

bought tf2 for my little brother, he played about 30 min of tf2 and got 1st hat :DDD
