Hello, since this morning all the servers I’ve joined had this “hat” “balloon” stuff.
All the players in the server, wears these little birthday hats and when you die, confetti and balloons fly around.

Maybe you can help me, because it’s really started to bore me.. :/

Set your system clock forward to tomorrow if you want to get rid of it, valve hard-coded it into the game.
