demoman
- new sticky launcher has 0 crits, and six max clip/active stickies, but stickies stick to people, including teammates
- new grenade launcher replacement is fireworks cannon, flashes enemies, does less damage, but has less drop than grenade
- new melee weapon is steel bottle, you can drink from it to reduce aim but increase melee damage for short burst

soldier
- no new rocket launcher, instead, two new shotgun replacements
- first is hand grenade, you can prime it, pretty normal weapon
- second is ww2 rifle, not as good at short range but better at mid/long range
- melee weapon is bayonet, must have rifle equipped, slow but deadly, most gory weapon in tf2 yet, soldier gets bloodied if kills with crit

surprise, medic and pyro get one weapon each
- medic gets syringe gun replacement mustard gas grenade, causes same "drunken aiming" effect as drunken demoman
- pyro gets shotgun replacement molotov cocktail
