So i got new monitor this christmas, and currently i’m having troubles with setting colors to optimal setting
Colors seems to be too dark/too white when i’m trying any color i’ve found by googling
Owners of 2411 or anything familliar, what settings do you use?

“FPS2” color setting thing looks good for me, i have XL2411Z
“sRGB” is fine aswell

Blur reduction on
100 brightness
50 contrast
gamma 5
rgb 96 98 94

Is what I use

Not to forget colors will always look washed out on the cheaper end of the 144hz monitors, only those really expensive panels look atleast decent.

“Standard”, 0 brightness and contrast + i used the calibration tool provided on the drivers

Default is optimal on the average.
If you want something else print a colour swatch and compare while tuning up settings.

Thanks for the responses guys :D
sRGB is the way i like it
i’ll go with it

MARIANO

Use Photo or Movie profile with sharpness 5. FPS1 and FPS2 is pure shit (ugly colors).

Hope this helps.
There is this website that is dedicated to reduce blur on LCD screens. The website (http://www.blurbusters.com/benq/strobe-utility/) will give you extend text on the most minimal things you need to do on your BenQ in order to get the most out of the colours and to reduce the blur. Another step (included in the website) is to set your monitor to 120Hz (not supported for 144Hz, YOU WONT SEE THE DIFFERENCE, TRUST ME!) and Change Vertical Total to “1350” if using NVidia or set Horizontal “Total” to 2080 if using AMD. In addition to this, you’ll want to download a TF2 profile on the BenQ website. this will set the colours, contrast, etc. by itself so that your eyes don’t rot when looking at the shitty colours.
PUT BLUR REDUCTION [ON], you will see a really big difference but you’ll have to use your brightness on MAX (100). You can find the Profile Loader here: http://gaming.benq.com/downloads click the Download Display Pilot for XL2720Z, XL2420Z, XL2411Z purple text. Wait for the download and then download this http://gaming.benq.com/upload/game-mode-loader/XL2420T_Game_Mode_Loader_TF2.zip when you’re done, just execute this. N ow you’re set for the colours. Any questions consult the http://www.blurbusters.com/benq/strobe-utility or just ask. Hopefully I was able to answer you.

Another question about the same monitor:
Every time i’m rebooting my pc (Turning it on -> off and conversely) my picture mode set up as FPS1 by default, and every time i have to manually change it to sRGB. Is there any way to fix it?
