NBS looking for TF2 leader

As the Multigamingclan we as NBS tend to be, we want to provide not only e-sport but clans in multiple games as well.
For that reason, we are looking for someone to lead our TF2 division.
Why do this with us?
– You will get your own TF2 private server, plus the public and warserver for the TF2 division to take care of, all for free of course.
– We provide you with the teamspeakchannels you require, for the division and yourself.
– TF2 is not the only game we are doing this for, our name is out there in many more games and so will yours then!
– We already have a few TF2 people willing to help out, plus some admins
– We have already got ourselves a great e-sport team in TF2, going div2 next season http://etf2l.org/teams/12477/
What do we expect from you?
– Experience with leading a clan
– Dedicated to make something awesome of the NBS TF2 division
– Not just in it for the free servers
– Experience with recruiting and moderating members
– Experience with running a server, we can help, but you should know the basics at least
NOTE: THIS IS NOT ABOUT AN E-SPORT TEAM OR MANAGING ONE, IT IS REALLY ABOUT LEADING A PUBLIC CLAN

I find your implication that TF2 is not an e-sport to be outrageous.
You forgot to mention that you have a great and upcoming team playing in the league already: http://etf2l.org/teams/12477 … Guess they will be in div2 in S12.

I did not make that implication really, we just already have the e-sport in tf2 and want to get the public side as well now :)

Yeah didn’t forget about it but didn’t find it too relevant for this matter.
