make 1 scout go choke + 2 stickies on the train is enough

The soldier is probably fucking you up more because of the distraction he causes than his actual damage output. If that’s the case and you can’t kill him quickly (stickies on train, scout meatshots or w/e) then play middle in a way that means you dont need to be distracted by him. Like TLR says canyon is probably the simplest solution.

What ever you do, don’t copy stuff that Dupe does in the STV demo you got from us.

Stickies on train sometimes might not work because, well, it’s unlikely that solly is retarded so he will just strafe in a place where you don’t have sticks, even sacrificing straight onto demoman maybe. For demoman I’d recommend to get onto train first and you’ll see whenever that solly is about to jump, drop down from train and back up a bit and make some kinda airshot with sticky, which isn’t quite hard if you see when and where he is about to jump. Just back up a little and make sure scout deals as much damage as possible on him and your solly finishes him off when he’s landed.
Changing rollout tactics might work as well.

Recruit Atrox and make him medic so you’re not missing out on a good medic who can heal if they pick him.

Or you know…change your strategy like going valley or scout on your train meatshawtting him down.
