To avoid that, make sure you post new video, tracking your progress every week, for about two or three months. That should keep the admins off your back.
People go all ironic on forums, but don’t worry, most of us are generally friendly and helpful. It’s probably like with most of communities, but help/blame ratio here is still surprisingly high.

If you have a brain, movement, aim, time to practice a lot and tactical skills, play demo or main caller soldier.
If you have a brain, movement, aim, time to practice a lot, play soldier.
If you have a brain, movement, aim, play scout
If you have a lot of brain, movement and tactical skills, play medic.
If you dont have any brain, go back where you came from.

Which CSS team are you coming from Dan?
I have not really being playing constantly the last year or so (Other games grabbed my attention… TF2!), I have just been on and off making mix teams ect but a few notable teams I suppose:
fm! SAPPHIRE
RABBITS ON ACID (Mix team with a few ex-pros from a while back)
fm! Migraine (Most of there line-ups are dire, can assure you ours was not)
foxy!
Twistedplay
I’ve played with most orgs teams but I don’t really consider it a team if you only ever played mixes as a team and not a league. At the moment I am helping a friend and a few of his mates set up what looks to be a pretty decent team, I am currently AWP’ing for them until we find a decent enough replacement so I can come an play TF2 :D I just don’t want to leave and then find out that a week later they have folded, 2 of them have only just started playing again after getting some top5 lan finishes and then quitting for around 2 years.
