Can I do this somehow?

That works, but not on ETF2L because of the sv_pure setting.
I heard you could actually use a hud mod to change it.
I’d rather want it to work on etf2l as well.

Yap it’s doable, but crosshair would have to be part of the HUD. Dunno how exactly it works, but you could try asking some HUD makers.
