There is a slight problem with the recruitment section, the charset is not working for nordic moon-language-speakers :]
Our loved characters like Å Ö Ä are not working there. UTF-8 would be great.
Well, if i’m right we do use utf8, but our escaping methods are a bit rigourous. I’ll try to look at it.

(Notice that on his user profil the name is displayed correctly.)
Using the wrong charset when stuffing it in the DB (DB_CHARSET), I bet.
EDIT: You’re right. I didn’t see that part.
