Same here… Dunno why because I simply extracted the files to the “addons” folder as usual. I even erased the folder, then created it again and extracted again, same result…

same here.
i tried
1. remove “addons” folder
2. launch TF2 & close TF2
3. make “addons” folder and put P-REC files
4. launch TF2 & plugin_load “../tf/addons/PREC.dll” at console
but output same error.
