How to remove Soundscapes from maps

Actually this has worked since before the Steampipe update, these files were never checked by sv_pure.
Right, I was thinking about some other sound files. They do check all the game_sounds_* ones and soundmixers.txt, so I guess that’s an oversight.
Could someone reupload the nosoundscapes.vpk to a different website like sendspace?
Chrome’s showing me that scary do-not-proceed-to-this-site red screen when I click on the download button on the first link (and the mirror upload seems to have expired) –> me 2 scared to download because https of the site seems broken
