Validating steam files every damn time

i googled it and tried all the methods but they dun work
any ideas? its so annoying.

Tried reinstalling and deleting all orange box files?

Try exit steam.Go steam folder and delete ClientRegistry.boby thingy and restart steam,validate and defrag.

dont do it, this is the dumbest idea ever invented
if you update games and delete the clientregistry you’ll have to wipe every game that tried to update, because it would just cause disk-write errors

for now you can cancel the validating stuff after like 15ish% and just run the game again

i fixed it by restarting pc and manually force validating files and waiting till it finishes (opens new window that says its finished)

Everytime you are about to shut down your pc make sure you exit steam properly.

right mouse button on the steam icon -> exit
wait for it to be completely gone and then you can shut down your pc

Re-installed steam and have no vaildating steam problems anymore.

Guess this is the easyest way to solve that problem.

well so far this is the only method that i havent tried atm, will do it. thx for the help guys.

Valve time means valve time. And I guess Valve time was like normal time x10.
