My TF2 crashes whenever a new player joins the game or the game is set to ready for both teams, I have no idea why or how. Help please

I run QL Garmen hud with high frames cfg by clugu.com/tf2mate/

I was inactive for 2 months or so before this and the crashes certainly weren’t happening before hand.
