5 real facts are in contradiction with your unfounded statement:

2) My day-to-day experience dealing with a numerous manual AL applications, where people assure us that they are fine with this ridiculously low paywall.
3) Over 3000 of successful AL signups up to the current moment (less than 2 weeks have passed from the official release).
4) ALs are filling quite quickly at the peak (evening) times, they have a decent players level and pretty balanced games most of the time.
5) We keep receiving a lot of positive feedback from our satisfied users despite the fact ALs still in beta and we keep improving things.Seems you (barely 36 lobbies played and zero ALs) and some other people who obviously have some odd issues with TF2C, and even never played ALs, aren’t equal to “everybody” :D

Less than half your userbase are willing to pay for lobbies, and I’m willing to bet your survey only includes people who no life lobbies. Even then, how many people actually paid for them? How many people just said yes because they don’t give a shit? And then, YOU have good experience with AL, whereas everyone else has bad experiences; I’m more inclined to take the word of unbiased people over a biased admin with a ‘TF2C is perfect, nothing is wrong with TF2C’ attitude. I only have 36 lobbies played because they’re aids, always unbalanced, and because I don’t like your admins (You, ninja moocow and Masternoob specifically.) Just because somebody is willing to pay for your lobbies, doesn’t mean people trust you.
And then, Kkaltu and Foxy have been in this thread, giving positive, genuine responses, whilst all you’ve been doing is attempting to defend everything about your service and making yourself look like an idiot in the process. Maybe you should take peoples advice, stop blowing off criticism, shut the fuck up and let the people who have actual people skills speak for TF2C.

Yet everyone says they’re shit.
It seems to me that some of the admins in TF2C have decided that the people on this ETF2L thread have some kind of personal vendetta against them and will therefore continue to exist inside their bubble taking only the positive comments and ignoring the plentiful constructive criticism on this thread (long queue times, TPR ranked players being too low skilled, balancing system not working etc).
Shame really because the site has so much potential with the nice UI interface, the serverme.tf integration and the things that TF2C were planning to do when I was still involved were very ambitious. Alas they just refuse to listen to people when they give criticism and instead seek to try and come up with reasons to invalidate their authority on making comments on the site.

The slippery slope is if you look at league divisions. You will need to have a weighing system for different formats (how do high div HL players fit in a 6s lobby, or someone that had played x seasons ago). it gets even worse when looking at UGC when they don’t keep an open record on which players are actually playing in matches.
ETF2L High/Prem HL = open/mid 6v6
everything below Prem/Top High teams 6v6 are disgustingly bad. The lowest level of play in history of ETF2L this season.
Of course there is some individual variance but that’s general line.

I’ll admit I nearly choked on my lunch laughing when I read this.
Since Masternoob threatened to ban me if I revealed this information, and I’m already banned, no harm in doing so. Some of the delightful messages I have received from Mother Tereza in the past:

How about another example via forum PM? This was during the TC drama, before I was a member of staff, and I voiced my opinion on the matter on the forum.
