had a short look at it. interesting. maybe try to get the frozen ppl with white overlay. that was the first thing i mentioned. could be really funny
sorry about server crash.. installed runteamlogic to increase the arena teams to 12 but it kept crashing the server.. working on a work around for that..

Nice mod. Sometimes it’s hard to tell who’s dead and who isn’t, but I guess that can’t be helped. ;)
ok.. new version which should make it a bit easier to see frozen players and what team.
server died again.. sorry. It is still in beta though so please don’t get disheartened .

Loved the mod and would like to help beta test it on my own server as well. I have downloaded

freezetag.smx
Freezetag.sp
I just need some help installing them. I have sourcemod already installed I just can’t get it to start. Do i need another plugin to make this one work?
metamod:source and sourcemod, install the required sourcemod version (or compile the .sp one with any version iirc).
Make sure you’re using Sourcemod 1.2
Put the .smx in sourcemod/plugins and freezetag.games.txt in sourcemod/gamedata
edit: You also need to install the dukehacks extension (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=69658)
Got it working, thanks for the help, and is there a command to turn it on/off using the console? So far the only way that i’ve got it to work was to put sourcemod into war mode, and It’d be easier for me and let me do more stuff without messing with war mode if i had a command to use.
rcon sm plugins unload freezetag
There’s no cvar for it yet.

reason for the post is that we have had feedback on the server in regard to demo’s and medics..
for now we have set a class limit of 0 for these classes
Saw a few players getting killed by frozen heavy/scout/pyro taunts.. Quite funny
Hello! I am unable to join, nor locate this server.
My Friends are playing in the server, but it always comes up as “Server not responding”.
I am not able to connect directly via the IP in the console, it does not load at all, comes up as 4 retries error.
The server is not under the servers list, I can put the IP into my favorites, but it will not show up in my favorites. If a friend is playing in it, he/she will not show up at all in the Friends Tab in the TF2 Servers popup.
There is literally no way I can join, but 7-8 of my friends can (including 3 people in the same city I am in, at least 1 of whom is using same ISP I am)
What can do I now?
