o Tournament admins deliver CFG-files to tournament PC:s.
* Allowed start options: -console -novid -nojoy -noipx -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd -window -heapsize -freq -dxlevel >80
o Any forced resolutions are informed prior to the tournament, if the hardware requires a specific resolution to work.
* Allowed HUDs: Regular.

I’m glad the biggest games in the groupstages are played at reasonable times. I just think it’s a very very very big shame that TF2 TV won’t be able to cast the second semi final and the bronze final.
