He’s right, no one’s gonna bother with remembering these-or-those aspects of someone’s play. Voluntary +/- system on the other hand will work, just like lobbies’ one, if you remembered someone for good/bad performance, you will rate him adequately.

I disagree, I use it a lot but I think it can easily be tainted by people playing as a group and boosting the karma of their friends.

Also, how old are you Nightbox’s brother?
