Highlander Season 11: Whitelist Changes

After discussion both internally and with premiership players we are adding the dead ringer to our whitelist, this means that the dead ringer will not be banned in Highlander Season 11. The whitelist can be viewed on whitelist.tf.

We have also made the decision that players with High experience are not allowed to default merc in mid/high only players with mid or less, to be considered of a divisions experience you must have played 3 or more officials in the last 3 seasons or any matches in the current season. For Season 11 this will mean matches from seasons 8, 9, and 10 will be considered as well as 6v6 Season 22, 23, 24, and 25.
