More Season 10 News: Configs, Prizes and Helpful Info!

Some Extra Season 10 Information

Season 10 is now fast approaching! With over 320 teams signed up so far and only 3 days left until the signups close, it is important to sign up as soon as possible to ensure your place.

Also be sure your server files are up to date:

  • An updated whitelist to use on your server is here (thanks go to Germany Dave).
  • The latest etf2l config server file can be found here.

Hats, miscellaneous items, weapon reskins, action items and strange weapons (protip) are all allowed. However, unusual hats can be used to easily identify spies, so if your opponent asks you to remove them you will have to do so. Failure to comply will be punished.

    Not really. From what I can see it uses same (though seemingly faster) laser sensor, but has a number of improvements. It has a small arm processor that handles most settings on the mouse itself and allows you to change settings trough the small LCD screen of the mouse itself. It also has the option to change the liftoff distance. Of course some of those features are mostly a luxury. But hey, that makes it even better if you win them ;)

    Someone enlighten me: How can unusuals easily detect spies? I remember reading a changelog some time ago where valve intended to fix disguised spys not having the unusual effect of the player they are disguised as. I, however, never checked if that is working as intended.
